Int Iops are fair...
Im sorry but as an Int Iop myself i must put a stop to this nonsense rambling that has become this thread.

I am currently level 148 and do not feel overpowered AT ALL at this level the victory is decided by numerous factors including who starts the match up first and whether you can match the vit>damage output of your opponent.

Int Iops at a lower level mays eem overpowered but also please remember that the function of an Iops class is to deal DAMAGE.
Compare this to that of an Eniripsa's functionality as a support/heal character, or that of an Ecaflip who can be support/damage/luck played, an Iop olny has their one main functionality. That is the reason they appear overpowered at lower levels, take away Strengthstorm from an intelligence build and what is left? Cut, whoo 150 damage a turn maximum at that level with no support spells to offer extra ap etc...

The difference between a level 60 player and myself is around 500 MILLION exp, yet a low level player gets owned and thinks that all higher level players should suffer for the lower end of PVP?
How about get level 100 (95m exp) and it balances out even then! Thats still 400 million exp less then i have, yet for me to get my next strengthen up is level 160, approximately 240 million more exp and twenty times what you have.

Although i would agree with the proposed change of Blow being 4 ap until level 6 and a possible cooldown on jump until level 6. I think this would keep low level players happy whilst also not destroying my build to much, although i would have to reset spells to raise these to level 6. I would be prepared to do this in order to balance out PVP even though Iops are meant to be high damage outputters perhaps low level manouverability is a tad too much =3.

I find it funny you compare an int Iop to an Eni at lvl 60 an Eni will NEVER win vs a Iop you want to know why?

Because healing sucks and you cannot heal all damage and on top of that you can try but you will not heal it all and be able to attack

Now if an Eni could heal 200 HP a hit at lvl 60 x3 times a turn then maybe they would have a chance but seeing how an Iop will kill them the first turn is kinda hard to do you think?

Even at lvl 120+ you still cannot heal that much (and as a healing classes that is dumb)

ops are overpowered not because they can deal a lot of dmg. But because they can move very fast and deal a lot of dmg. Also, an iop can't be locked or completely immobilised. It makes you waste ap on jump, but your adversary also wastes ap to rape your mp.
So the only really successful tactic against iops is massive ap drain.
