I'm reallly new to the game, and wish I could answerr that question. I'm still trying to understand how to work the right spells to raise the right skills. SMILEY That said, in the description of ministration under skills it does mention heal/cure, but as a wiz I don't think i have a heal, but somehow that number has gone up recently and made me wonder if somehow i'm missing what i'm supposed to do to raise that.

Not a wizzy, but it's possible that one of your buffs has a ministration concentration on it. That or anything that restores or regenerates mana or health (like my mana regen buff for instance).
I got curious so here's what I found that uses Ministration for a wizzy: * Cure Arcane * Painful Meditation * Essence Harvest * Intromission |

I don't know that a wizzy needs to worry about ministration. Since fizzles were removed from the game, the level of skill isn't as big a deal as it once was, and ministration is a marginal skill for a wizard.
Yeah, you can spend a lot of time working it up, but I don't think you're going to see any real benefit from the time spent. |

"Fizzles" were where you failed to successfully cast a spell. Since this has been removed there's really no reason to worry about your ministration skill as a sorcerer. Your disruption (damage) and perhaps subjugation (roots) are another matter.
