I don't understand why we cannot trade bags/boxes with items in them. There is currently no method of doing this and there really is no reason for it. I can understand limiting the tradewindow but, why not allow us to mail full bags/boxes or make house vaults limited by location and how character and give trustee access?
Maybe this would be a nice function in guildhalls ? |

/feedback that you would like this.
Personally, I have no qualms about how trading is done currently, but if you think this change would help you out, by all means do feedback. The devs read feedback regularly and if its something they think is a good idea, they will put it in the game during one of the updates. |

In EQ1 we could trade or ever "drop" on the ground full bags of stuff ... If the bag had a lore or no trade item in it ,it would just not work.. So I have also wondered why you can not here.. lol When I first started here from EQ1 I tried and was wth .. I know this is not EQ1 but I agree that it would be nice to at least mail fill crates of craft mats or junk to mute..

I don't think it is that big of a deal, but it is just a different game with an entirely different engine so not everything is going to be possible. |

I personally use the shared bank space to give stuff to my muting alt/crafting alts. It allows me to do full crates at a time. /shrug considering i need to be in a city to craft anyways seems logical. |

That only works if the alt is on the same account

Every time you pass something to another toon, the game has to check if the item is NO-TRADE, or if it is LORE (and whether the recipient already has one).
Passing a box would require the same check for the box and everything in the box. It could take a while with all the stuff in a big box... I am guessing that's why it's not possible. |

I think the basic reason is to protect players. If you could transfer bags with items, we would soon see people selling complete armour sets, jewelry or what ever and have some nice people give empty bags or bags with the wrong items and run off with the cash. It would be a CSR nightmare.
