This is going to sound dumb, but I got the Bard Slippers from Dynamis-Jeuno today, and it seems like they make me run a little faster.

They don't have a latent effect or a description of faster running speed. Maybe it's becuase now that i know I have new shoes I'm paying close attention to my feet and thus it makes me seem like I'm running faster?

Well some items do actually have hidden effects not listed on the descriptions, but I'm pretty sure that a faster run/walk isn't in the game. Must just be your imagination.

I played a Galka once and they're so big that they seem to run slower and then I switched to Hume and I thought they ran faster because it seemed like it to me, but it's just the way it looks sometimes.
