I'm aiming this more at the veterans, Gray Fox or Sugosuke, who may know what I'm on about.
When I attempt to play FFXI, I get to a certain point, and my PC just reboots itself.
I've checked my drivers, looked for conflicting programs and ran millions of anti-virus checks. But I can't find anything. The problematic file, according to the Blue Screen of Death is Ati2dvag.dll
I've been playing for around 4 months without any trouble and all of a sudden, it's decided to start pissing around.

Thanks in advance if you can shed any light on this.

Graphics card ok? How old is it? Ati2dvag.dll is a video driver
Also, your not running any programs such as windower and such are you? I'll try to find more info, just had to ask the basics first. I've got a doctors appointment in an hour and work after so it might take a bit. I'll try to get online at work.

EDIT: Before I leave I will mention that I just found out others have been having trouble with the graphics card since the last update. Some had to reinstall it, update drivers, and so on. I'll get back to ya with more info in time though.

My Graphics card is a RADEON 9200, and no, I stopped using Windowed mode after this happened. I haven't even gotten the version update done, thanks to this glitch.

Sorry I haven't been around lately. Coincidently, I'm currently having problems with the blue screen of death myself...and I no longer even play FFXI.

The unfortunate news though, is blue screen of death is normally hardware trouble. And very hard to fix or impossible. Many times you'll find it happens during summer times when the computer overheats and...well bad things happen.
Wishing you the best, and if you haven't already gotten the problem fixed, I hope you soon find a solution. Personally, I'm just gonna go ahead and build myself a new computer. Will be a waste of time to try and fix this.
