Our game forum is newly founded, In order to communicate with the players better and strengthen the forum management, we decide to recruit some moderators. Details about the recruit are as following:

3. Excellent management and communication ability and be able to lead the posts into a agreeable state
4: Be patient enough to guide other players to our site

Why do you apply for a moderator?

The reason why you should give me a chance is because everyone deserves a chance, We applied for something which should be handled with proper care, even the slightess wrongs could cause malfunctions, but all comes with proper work, As for me, I would write down, check my spelling/words, to make sure nothing is miss-pelt or wrong with what I would say, and once that is done, I post it. A Moderator should always be using fluent English so that it would keep most of the questions to people understandable, otherwise if a member doesn't understand you, things could erupt, and cause more trouble for our admins, which would lead them astray from there work. I would like to contribute my work and dedication to the community by assisting them in creating a better place.

All work should be done with proper care, this is why we have moderators in the first place, to keep track of things, and let nothing get out of hand, and also to keep each and every one of you, up to date.

Have you ever done as a moderator?

When it comes to moderating a forum with a community with a great population comes great care. As of now, I currently moderate on my forums, but would to take up another job as a moderator for the another forum, and would keep each thread/post in the right sections. I can also come up with new rules/systems that would allow the members to keep a track of. Any rule or system either brought up by a mod or admin must always be obeyed, otherwise the consequences are inevitable. I would also clear the topics made, which are irrelevant or would go off-topic of the useless spam.

How do you plan to do your moderator duty?

My experiences as a Moderater, are un-recognised, by some. When it comes to keeping a server in it's very best quality, I am always up to it. I can keep everyone notified of the work done, or happenings inside a server. Understanding a situation within the server can be a problem that most management would have to deal with in possibly any server, such as the drama, or amusement of certain things. To keep things intact, there should be proper management and someone that could handle most of the work done and each staff should be given a specific role regardless of time activity. When it comes to these things, I would certainly meet these standards.

What do you think of the current forum and the field you apply for? For starting off it is pretty good. It just needs more experience members on there to help with more questions.
