dunno if your clocks are wrong or what but the 30 mins + ch # time seemed right to me....i timed it 10 times. all the exact same channel, all the exact same channel. so iunno.

and DUH THE 12 GREEN SNAILS THING IS A RUMOR! how stupid can people be to think that thats true?

also, the "i didnt ask nicely" thing is just a way for people to get into a map. ive said "plz cc" one time and someone was like "you didnt ask nicely." so wtf?

Lol, oh so true.

But yeah you can also get the custom from the Cash Shop. But why pay when you can get it for free? And Mano, everyone wants to kill him to get the 'Rainbow Snail,' (Thats the name of the item you loot from him to turn into a snail).
