Ya, I'm confused, is it Druids, Pallys or Shammys? The reason I'm not mention priest is because I've heard there not the best anymore? So can someone please clarify what the best healing class is?

Any healing classes can easily heal any instances.
Every healing classes are required in raids.

I agree that any healer can heal any instance and all healers are needed for raids but all healers are better at certain things. e.g. Priests have the best AoE heal (CoH) while as paladins can heal for 15min straight without going oom. I personaly like paladins and shammys due to that they spells arent over time but its only a personal opinion.

all healing classes do good. but some o them are better at certain things.

- disc priest- my favorite, their best at single target healing, if your disc you stop damage even more than you heal. in wrath sheilding the tank is fine if your disc its all about your sheild, penance,inner focus, and flash heal disc is great less dieing, more mana efficient, better renew n sheild. playing disc right now love it!

-holy priest- classic healer, great AoE heals better healing on all your spells but runs out of mana quick and dies very easily its my least favorite spec but its good

-resto druid- love resto druid they can live forever by their heals! the best HoTs of all lots of healing over time can equal a lot together! i playing a resto druid at the moment love it!

-resto shaman- i don't know much about resto shaman but chain heals rock ive saw very good shaman healers!

-holy pally- best single target healing disc n pally are best at single target. even though i consider disc better

well i play a disc priest,warrior,resto druid, and holy priest and disc is the best in my opinion. the only thing better than a good heal is no damage being done! thats what disc is for stopping damage, n HoTs n flash heal!

disc priest: Won't war tanks and bear druids get mad at you if you shield them? Answer: Yes
holy priest: Holy is almost all heal improvement talents, how are you running our of mana? And if you're dying as a healer in a raid or instance, you or your group is clearly failing in a major way.
resto druid: $%^&ing trees
resto shaman: healing made easy, chain heal is so pimp if you need more then 1 person healed at a time.
holy pally: @#$%ing pallies

Hmm I notice that you think the 2 healers you play are good but everyone else kind of sux, lolz.

To the OP: You have to specify what kind of healing you mean, instead of just saying "best" as all the healing classes have different styles of healing and other supporting abilities that make them each unique and useful. If WOTLK is going to be like BC then any heal specced class can easily heal an instance even if they're a lil low lvl for it just cuz heals own dmg so hard right now. Was in AB and a tree and holy priest were literaly holding off like 5 ppl not letting them cap the stables and they just wouldn't die no matter what we brought. Healing is so rape right now you can't go wrong with any heal spec.

Resto Shammys are pretty damn nice.

It truly does not matter, blizz tired to make them all equal

I personally like the resto druid style, always have.. My main would be one if I wasn't so lazy and would level it up.
One time, not too long ago, I (a rogue in mainly s2 only missing good trinkets and boots) came upon a tree druid that was solo defending one of the Frostwolf Towers. I attacked, did my usual routine, and they sat their healing themselves.. I had wound poison and was kicking every time the CD was up, when it wasn't KS or gouge, and I spent at least 30 seconds wailing on them before realizing they were still at 100% and hadn't attacked me once. I popped a trinket, Adrenaline Rush, Blade Flurry, and did everything I could.. I got them down to 50%ish, then my kick wore off, and they were at 90% again, with a fair amount of mana. I gave up and left, he just did /smile at me.
I was probably much less geared than he was, but still, that is impressive.

Remind me why you left, he had done no damage, and you could only lower his mana pool even more,,,
