but i dont know where to redownload my account

You don't redownload it. You re-install it...but that's if you have the discs.

If you don't have any of the discs because you bought the downloaded version, you should be able to log into your account at World of Warcraft Community Site and the downloads should be available. I'm not 100% on this because I have disc copies for my main account and never actually downloaded the digital versions but that's usually how those systems work.
