Default Looking for a Main character? Any Suggestions?

I am looking for a Main character to play. I have played several different characters and classes up to lvl 20. I dont really like any of them. So anyway, i m really competative with my friend. Hes a starting pally but pallies are really OP. I was looking for a class to beat his but now i just wanna level and kill a lot of people later on.
i want to Pvp and Pve. More Pvp though, and im open to all suggestions Except priests. I dont think ill like those. Very boring, dull and suckish?

Please suggest a character and class. (alliance)
Thanks for everything

Priests actually kick ass, when you get them to higher levels.
If you are new to the game,Rogue is deffinately the way to go.You can spam 3 buttons and kill everything thats infront of you

Hunter, easy class to play, great for begginers, great late game dps, pretty decent in pvp, and fast leveling.

Mind Control is for lulz in EotS.
Same with Thunderstorm and to some extent Typhoon or w/e it's called.

Hunter, Warlock, or Rogue. Race won't make too much of a difference, but Night Elf rogues are harder to detect in stealth, and Humans get a passive rep bonus that makes reputation grinds at the end of the game waaaay easier.

You say you've played a few classes to 20 but didnt like any of them, what classes have you tried? Also, playing a class to 20 really doesn't give you any idea of how they play out later on. At 20 classes are just starting to get a good number of abilities.

Try shadow priest. Imagine this; your sitting there all defenceless like near a horde base on the edge of outland, some person comes up thinking it will be an easy kill; and all of a sudden you mind control them and make them jump off the cliff.

You don't know how hard i laughed when i first did that. I know its kind of mean, and thats 10% of gear, but when it happened to me before all this i was laughing too.

Plus in outland i can chain mobs like no other. In a place with a lot of buzzards i will dot one up, dot another up, dot another up, by the time i get to the fourth mob the first one is dead, and i can just chain do that with the 15 mobs there because of the autoheal the dots give as shadow priest; plus the good mana efficiency talents.

If you REALLY don't want priest, i would go with shaman. They are BEASTS from what i've seen and played so far especially later(later level elemental(caster) shamans are insane sometimes, and the enhancement(melee) end talent is a true 'i win' button). Plus shamans seem to be very low on alliance side seeing as how its a single race and it just isn't used a great deal(at least on the 2 servers ive been on ally side).
