i thought i read something like pertaining to this a while ago and i cant seem to find it now, but is blizzard offering a paid character race change, like say i want to change my orc warlock to a blood elf warlock

one of my friends say that when you hit 80, you can put your last point in WHATEVER TALENT ABILITY YOU WANT...

it's like a this,

a level 80 warlock has "METAMORPHORSIS and HAUNT"

a ret paladin has "divine storm and holy shock"

a warrior has "bladestorm and titans grip" (ouch..)

a hunter with Beastial Wrath and readiness/ chimera shot?

I don't think blizzard has ever said this, if there was one...I would change my NE rogue to a human for the sweet racials :P

I wish they had this, and then we could also get the "free race change" for the first time. I mean, I'd definately want my hunter(which I ended up deleting) he was blood elf, to an orc or troll.

there was an article on WoWInsider that said there's coding or something in WOTLK that suggests at some point change of race and gender will be possible for your characters. It just needs to be activated in a future patch.

I think it would be cool. I'd turn my female Blood elf priest into a Male Troll priest and my female night Elf priest into a Male Human priest.

Has anyone read anything more on this?
